Payment

I accept Aetna, Amerihealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, EAPs, GTEB, Humana, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare and VA Community Care Network (CCN) insurance plans.

If you don’t have one of these insurances, and need to pay for your own therapy, my rate is $125 per hour.

You may keep a credit card on file for self-pay, deductibles, or copays and I will charge it for each session.
